Sick of Your Old IPhone Background Photo? Click Here...

How to Change your IPhone Lock and Home Screen Background Photo
Welcome IPhone users! Are you sick of having the plain old boring background photo that you’ve always had? Well, I can help you change it to whatever you would like. There are two ways you can change your background photo, I’m going to show you the one that is easier for most new IPhone users.
To change your phone background you will need a picture. You can have a picture from your camera roll of whatever you would like, but there are also photos that come with the IPhone that you can chose from. There are also Dynamics which move slightly when they are displayed on your screen, Stills, which are cool prints that move to the left, right, up or down with the motion of which you tilt your phone. The last one is called a Live, a Live is a photo that moves when you press your finger down on the screen and stops when you release it. You can pick any photo in any of these albums or any photo in your album.

The first step is to go into your phone Settings application. Then, scroll down until you see the “Wallpaper” tab. Once you are in the wallpaper tab you will see two photos which are what your home screen and lock screen pictures are now. Above those two pictures there will be a tab that says “Choose a New Wallpaper,” tap it.
When you’re in that tab it will show all the photos that come with the IPhone on the top and then it will have all of your photo albums underneath, this is where you will choose your photo. Once you have selected a photo for your lock screen it will bring you to what the background would look like in the lock screen with that photo. If you are satisfied with that photo and the position then on the bottom right there will be a button that says “Set.” Pressing that button will bring you to slide up options that say “Set Lock Screen,” “Set Home Screen,” and “Set Both” if you would only like the photo on your lock screen then press Set Lock Screen, if you would only like it on your home screen then press Set Home Screen, but if you would like the photo on both lock screen and home screen then press set both. If you are unhappy with the photo you have chosen then instead of pressing the “Set” button then you would press “Cancel” on the bottom left, once you have found the photo for you then proceed with the steps. Finally when you have pressed one of the three options then it will set the photo and your background photo will have now been changed!

Some of us don’t do so good on our math homework, and of course at home we don’t always get the help we need. Something was invented so we could change that… it’s call Photomath. You could find Photomath in the app store on your phone in the  search bar.  Here’s an example:    141022_1.png
It helps us with our math problems that we can’t seem to figure out. All you do is open the app, take a picture of the problem shown, and it won’t only tell you the answer… but it will show you how to do the problem and how it is solved.
It’s a really easy handling app, especially if you need help in math… which is  understandable. This app is a great quality because it does everything you need for you. It’s very simple with just taking a picture, and them showing you the steps of the equation which shows how they got the answer, and of course the answer itself. Before you begin, it shows you step by step on how the app works. So… did you want a better grade in math by using you phone? Download, “PhotoMath” now!!!
This is what the app looks like…:

Google Classroom app

Google Classroom

A recommended app for students and teachers is Google Classroom. Google Classroom is a feature that is associated with the web browser Google. It is a free service for schools, non-profits, and anyone with a personal Google account. Classroom makes it easy for students and teachers to connect inside and outside of schools. Teachers can easily see who has and hasn't finished an assignment and grade and give feedback right within the app. Classroom saves time, and makes it easy to create classes, distribute assignments, communicate, and stay organized. Google Classroom was created through Google, mainly for schools to distribute, grade and create assignments for students in a paperless way. Classroom was released August 12, 2014 and came out with the mobile app June 29, 2015.

Classroom has a very easy setup. Teachers can set up a class and invite students and co-teachers. In the class stream they can give announcements, assignments, information, and ask or answer questions with all the people in the class. This helps student know and keep track of when assignments are due on the Assignments page and begin working right within the app. Classroom has many tools such as, having the ability to make a Google Document for each student. Also, the teacher can make Drive folders for each assignment to keep students organized. Google Classroom can be used on the computer and on your mobile device. Students and teachers will get a notification when there is content added to the class. A mobile device makes it easy for students and teachers to communicate in seconds on the go. This app version of Google Classroom is useful for last minute revisions or if a computer is unavailable.

Google Classroom has a four and a half star rating from users all around the world, there are lots of good rating and reviews. A review written by  LilTong465 on Thursday May 4th stated, “Google Classroom is highly recommended for use in classrooms. It allows teachers to send out assignments to students, attaching links and an assignment copy to each child. Google Classroom can also be used for announcements and questions. Teachers can put due dates and grade things in Classroom. There's a calendar for students to make sure they turn things on time. But best of all, it is easily accessible and very efficient. It's an excellent app as well.” Another review that was written on Friday May 5th from app user Moving bird says, “This is perfect to take along in your pocket and get a little grading in, during those evening games, field trips, doctor appointments and all the times you are waiting but don't want to drag papers along. Paperless and perfectly convenient.”

I highly recommend this app to teachers. It is easy and useful on the go! I have gotten to use this app in more than one classroom at a time, it makes school and classes much easier to stay organized and not have to keep track of lots of papers and assignments. It also helps you save money on folders and notebooks to keep classwork organized, and will save teachers lots of time grading and correcting papers thanks to online spell check and many useful online tools.
